Booking Terms

Check-in is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Villa Orismala has a key box. The key box code and arrival instructions will be sent to the guest before arrival, so guests can arrive at their own pace within the check-in window.

Any deviation from these times can be agreed separately with the host.

Villa Orismala accommodates up to six guests. The number of guests must be stated at the time of booking.

For team-building days, corporate group stays, or small company gatherings, up to 10–12 guests may visit by separate agreement. Such events must always be agreed in advance with the host.

Villa Orismala is not intended for party rentals.

Guests are asked to observe the following rules:

• Quiet hours 23:00–07:00. Respect for neighbours and future guests.
• No smoking indoors. Ashtrays are provided outside. Unauthorised indoor smoking incurs a €250 ventilation fee.
• Pets are not allowed for the sake of guests with allergies, so future guests can enjoy the property safely.
• EV charging is not permitted for fire safety reasons. Public charging is available in Isokyrö centre, approximately 8 km away.
• Respect nature and recycle waste. Recycling instructions are available in the House Guide.
• All house and yard equipment is at your disposal. Please report any damage or missing items to the host as soon as possible.

Villa Orismala bookings are made primarily through Airbnb or Booking.com.

Bookings made through these platforms are subject to their own payment, cancellation, and dispute policies.

The Villa Orismala rental price includes:

• The whole house for the guests' exclusive use
• Indoor sauna and outdoor sauna
• Hot tub (pre-heating available as add-on service)
• Gazebo, covered terrace, and yard equipment
• Gas and charcoal grill
• WiFi (200 Mbps) and electricity
• Toilet and household paper, and cleaning supplies ready on arrival
• Blankets, pillows, and kitchen utensils (bed linen and towels available as add-on)
• Outdoor equipment from the shed

At Villa Orismala, the hot tub and saunas are freely available to guests throughout the visit. Guests can heat them themselves — instructions are provided in the House Guide.

Guests may also order the add-on services listed below to make their stay easier. For example, hot tub pre-heating saves several hours: filling the tub yourself takes approximately 2.5 hours, and heating takes a further 3–6 hours depending on the season. Add-on services are agreed and invoiced separately.

In short-term rentals, guests are responsible for final cleaning themselves. The property should be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.

Final cleaning can be arranged by the host as an add-on service if needed. This must be agreed in advance.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay to both the property and its equipment. Damage should be reported to the host as soon as possible, even if already repaired.

Normal wear and tear is not charged to guests.

The host aims to ensure the property is in clean and usable condition at the start of the booking. If any fault or shortcoming significantly affects the accommodation experience, the host will remedy the situation as promptly as possible.

The host is not liable for loss of or damage to guests' personal property during the stay.

The host reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure (e.g., fire, water damage, exceptional weather events). In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

For all matters relating to bookings and inquiries:
